The Ballerina  

 

                        Should she rise en pointe and

                   bow arabesque penchée

 

                   so shall her fashion and flesh

                   gracefully wane,

                   unveiling her sole self

 

                   for the audience bearing

                   witness and marveling

                   in God’s wildest, wildest

                   dream.
